Very Important Prerequisites (Please Read Carefully)
Before submitting an account recovery assistance request, the following mandatory conditions must be met:

Different NEV manufacturers have different account management policies:
- Some manufacturers have strict review processes and may reject recovery requests
- Certain models or account statuses cannot be handled through official procedures

⚠️ 2. Account recovery is a probability-based outcome, not a guaranteed result
Account recovery is subject to official system review by the manufacturer, and the final decision is made solely by the manufacturer:
- Recovery may be approved

We are only responsible for compliant submission and procedural assistance and cannot influence the final review outcome.
⚠️ 3. The vehicle must be able to connect to the internet
During the account recovery process, the vehicle must meet the following conditions:
- The infotainment system can power on normally
- The vehicle can access the internet (built-in SIM or external network)
- The vehicle can connect normally to the manufacturer’s servers
If the vehicle cannot connect to the manufacturer’s servers:
- ❌ Account status cannot be synchronized
- ❌ Recovery requests cannot be completed
