Zeekr Vehicle Technology and System Service Description

We provide professional Zeekr vehicle system and functionality services for overseas and export vehicles, covering system language, localized applications, communication modules, keys, firmware upgrades, and engineering mode.

All services are performed after evaluating the vehicle’s actual condition, ensuring safety, stability, and usability.

I. System Russian Localization (Russian Interface)

Supports switching the vehicle system interface to Russian to improve overseas usability.

Supported models and system versions:

• OLD 001, ZEEKR X (OS 4.5–5.5, 5.5)
• New 001 (OS 6.05–6.08)
• New 001 (OS 6.0–6.55)
• ZEEKR 007 (OS 6.32–6.33)
• ZEEKR 7X, 007GT

II. Installation of Additional Applications

Supports installing common third-party apps on the infotainment system to enhance navigation and connectivity.

Supported apps include: CarPlay, Android Auto, Google Maps, etc.

Notes:

• OLD 001 requires ADB to be enabled (ADB included with installation).
• New 001, 007, 007GT, 7X require ADB to be enabled (ADB included with installation).

III. Installation of Ukrainian Carrier SIM Card

Used to improve network connectivity in overseas regions.

Important notes:

• Remote SIM soldering is not supported.
• 2025 001, ZEEKR 7X, 007, 007GT must NOT have SIM cards soldered; otherwise, the vehicle may be locked.
• If ADB does not work properly, unlocking is required first.
• Export unlocking service is supported.
• If the customer’s phone can log in to the main account, after SIM soldering the original SIM must be restored to reconnect the phone and vehicle.
• TCAM repair service is supported.

IV. Key Binding Services

Supports binding and recovery of various key types, suitable for used or export vehicles.

• Supports smart card key binding for OLD 001.
• Supports Bluetooth keys and card keys for other models.

V. System Firmware Update (Upgrade)

Provides system version upgrades and module updates to ensure functionality and stability.

Supported scope:

• OLD 001 system upgrades
• 2024 001 system upgrades
• ZEEKR 7X system upgrades
• If ADCU can be displayed via local Wi-Fi, direct upgrade is supported
• If ADCU cannot be updated via Wi-Fi, a separate ADCU update is required
• 2025 001, 007 system upgrades

VI. Engineering Mode Activation

Supports enabling engineering mode for advanced diagnostics and configuration.

• Engineering mode activation follows the same method as ADB activation.
